NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be conducted by electronic means on Tuesday, 25th June, 2024 at 20h30.
Please email [email protected] for a video conferencing link to the meeting no later than 48 hours before the time set out above.
Agenda:
- Reading of minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Presentation of the Chairman’s Report
- To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon (copy available on request)
- To appoint Auditors and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration
- Election of Directors (Executive Committee)
- Election of Trustees
- Any other
A member entitled to attend, and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy using the form set out in Section 184 of the Companies Act 2014. A proxy need not be a member.
The proxy must be received at the Company’s Registered Office no later than 48 hours before the time set out above for the holding of this meeting.
