January 2024 Newsletter – National Grief Awareness Week

National Grief Awareness Week will take place this year from Monday the 22nd until Sunday 28th of January. It is an annual campaign run by the Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF) to encourage people to be more grief aware, to help normalise grief and encourage conversations about this typically uncomfortable subject.
